I hate to tell you this.
But we're about 5 decades into the "gym life trend," there's a reason all those workout magazines can stay in print.
Going to the gym was never the trendy, cool or in thing to do like it is now. It was a life style that you did for whatever reason you did it for.

Go back and look at old my space accounts and pages and tell me how many gym selfies or pictures where up. hell even i'm guilty :manny:

Last year around this time I was ~155 lbs, I started eating better, purchased a pull up bar and started using the 15lb dumbbells i had and literally changed my body, I'm 225lbs and I bullshyt at the gym, I do more cardio than anything. Someone asked me today if I was an athlete, if I went hard-core in the gym and took it more seriously, I could have a crazy body.

nikka aint no way you went from 155 to 225 muscle from eating better and doing more cardio in a year its literally impossible.

Anyways, I just saw the pic and Cam isn't that big outside of his height.

Men can achieve a physique like that working out 5 days a week.
Not just working out. He has the genetics and height as well. That plus working out and proper nutrition will get him well conditioned. Like playing cards...u have to have at least a decent hand dealt to u. Yes u can have a decent or a great hand dealt to u and still lose by poor playing but if u have a bad hand dealt to u...u still fukked even if u play by the rules.

You gained 70 pounds of lean mass (give or take) in a year?

I'm not saying I'm solid muscle, I have body fat but I'm pretty fit relative to the effort I put in, if I hit the gym harder, I could really level up even more.

I mean I hear you and I'm not going to argue much other wise but 70 pounds of lean mass with minimal fat gain in a year is virtually impossible even if your are on dat dere CellTech.

I'm lazy. I just figure that an in shape guy would force me to work out and I'd be resistant to that and he'd go and get a chick that liked to work out. But, as my bother related to me once, we didn't think we could do better mate wise so we always went I guess below our league if that makes sense.....

Of course now that I've hit a crazy weight I need a drill Sargent on my ass.

And before the dry dikk brigade comes in hollering about accountability and whatever else they can say to make women look like Satan incarnate, I have taken full responsibility for my body weight and I'm taking the steps to rectify it. But I need help.
Go into the gym forum and make a thread/ask questions.

Women have unrealistic expectations like wanting to get married after dating someone for several years or thinking they can change a male's personality.

Men have unrealistic expectations like wanting a woman to do stay at home wife duties although you're not married to her and she has a job.

No offense but I'm throwing the challenge flag on that weight gain esp if its mostly or all muscles. You got cats in HS, college, and the pros with all the help not gaining 70lbs in a year.
