Judging from personal experience, men.

I don't think that's everyone's experience, but men do a lot of passive aggressive shyt that I didn't realize it was hate.

Anytime someone hyper focuses on some shyt you got, mispronounces your name after learning it, repeatedly brings up a minor L you might've taken, brings up something similar but tries emphasize whatever they did was better, it's usually rooted in hate.

Don't let you have a little shine too.

I've run across female haters too, but it's usually rooted in if they don't have access to you or you don't tolerate their bullshyt.
