no one said that. he said having a body like a god ins unrealistic for people who work 9 to 5 jobs that dont consist of being a body builder/model,pro athlete.

here's the thing. there are dudes in all the pro leagues that dont look like cam either. that tells you its not just his workout regimen. its his DNA. some dudes are darn near buff at the age of 13 while everyone else is flabby or bird chested. you can do all the pushups weights you want. and some people dont see the crazy results. same for ladies. some ladies just have that skinny gene. where they eat like fat ladies but look like a hot thin chick by doing a little cardio and a few situps.

and with all that said. its true for men and women. i would never expect a 9 to 5 women over 27 to have a flat stomach like rhi rhi. aint going to happen. unless she got lucky in the DNA line. even if she's working out it aint going to happen 9 times out of 10. dont let her be a kid or two in. faaaghet about it. same applies to dudes. yes dudes can work out until they're in the grave as we all should dudes and ladies. but these dudes will not have six packs and chest wont be chiseled like a perfect model's body. aint happening.

So once we get these silly ideas out of our way. then we can talk about personality, work ethic,intelligence, spiritual, etc.

now notice nothing i said above said anyone should be overweight and/or unhealthy all the time. didnt say it. so dont say i said it.

Last year around this time I was ~155 lbs, I started eating better, purchased a pull up bar and started using the 15lb dumbbells i had and literally changed my body, I'm 225lbs and I bullshyt at the gym, I do more cardio than anything. Someone asked me today if I was an athlete, if I went hard-core in the gym and took it more seriously, I could have a crazy body.
wait what? :what: stop it fam. you're either lying or you're not telling the entire story. you dont go from being 155 and fraile to being a linebacker over night. it doesnt work that way. unless when you were 155 you got that size because you fail ill and you use to weigh a lot more in the past. OR you had a tape worm and its gone now and you didnt know it. OR you're intentionally on a protein shake diet eating a lot more calories than what you use to eat. the only way you gain that much weight is by eating more and having more calories. the numbers have to add up bruh. then you work out to keep the fat at bay. if you really were 155 a year ago and were eating a normal meal all times of the day. i caution you to trim down from the 200's. you may look good, feel good. but your bones will take that L soon enough. your knees will be the first to go. believe me. trim it down. keep a thin frame and keep it tight. thats the best YOU can do if you really were 155 a year ago.

Dudes really thinking they gonna look like Cam doing HIIT and bench pressing three times a week. This nikka jobs is literally to be a world class athlete.
they dont get it. when i use to play basketball ALL DAY EVERY SINGLE DAY. and workout with or without weights. i looked like a pro athlete. part dna, part the fact i had nothing else better to do but that and go to class(which i was half doing at the time. if i went to class more and played less ball, i would not have been flabby back then due to youth and a high metabolism but i would have not been nearly as in good of a shape as i was in. so that tells you. to look like that you have to dedicate more of your time to it then a normal person has time to do. its that simple.

i knew it, you were not eating which means you never supposed to weigh 155 to begin with. you were unhealthy. glad you're getting healthy bruh. and watch that protein stuff. you aint no body builder. everyone wants to be buff. just hit the weights when you can and stay on that pushup regimen any moment you get. and you will keep it tight and right. the hell with being BUFF if thats not your body type. mess around and mess up your knees, feet/ankles, back, etc. i had to tell a homie of mines this numerous times. he wasnt hearing me. he got bigger. then his knees started bothering him, back, etc. ya to big for yaself. lol. he had to trim it back down.

I don't know breh, cam looking like that is genetics. No other way around it. Hard work yes but genetics

Genetics plus a team of trainers, dietitians, and specialist to keep him in shape.

It's his profession so he's has to stay fit.

Regular people need to stay in their lane and create happy medium lol.

Being in shape don't mean shyt, ya it helps bagging bytches become slightly easier but you still need swag and crisp mouthpice. And also as someone whose in the gym everyday all I can say Is that people in general look like shyt, you not attaining gokus body until a solid year of Straight training for 4-5 days consistently

1-2 times every other week with month long breaks doesnt work breh?

Women generally just want someone who is loyal, and someone they feel secure with... Women will overlook a lot of shyt, much more than men.

No i don't think most men think they are entitled to a dime....not even close. Most men know they have to take whatever they can get. Men date down, women date up. Many Instagram women have pro athletes and entertainers getting at them. What average joe thinks he's competing with that ?

Women have lots of men hitting them up on social media and dating apps so they feel they can be extra picky, but most likely the ones who are actually serious about getting to know them and forming a relationship are the ones they don't want. The ones they are the ones out of their league only looking for a nut. Most women think they are too good for an average guy.
