i knew it, you were not eating which means you never supposed to weigh 155 to begin with. you were unhealthy. glad you're getting healthy bruh. and watch that protein stuff. you aint no body builder. everyone wants to be buff. just hit the weights when you can and stay on that pushup regimen any moment you get. and you will keep it tight and right. the hell with being BUFF if thats not your body type. mess around and mess up your knees, feet/ankles, back, etc. i had to tell a homie of mines this numerous times. he wasnt hearing me. he got bigger. then his knees started bothering him, back, etc. ya to big for yaself. lol. he had to trim it back down.
