That's not middle class. A lot of people have what you said but NOT the savings. The car/home/SUV/vacations are paid for by loans and credit cards. Most people no matter what the annual salary cannot afford a random $1000 expense. They need to throw that bytch on a card and pay the interest

That's not middle class, middle class people are financial secure, their not bogged down by debt, that's why those middle class people you describing, those are working class people, if they lost their job all that shyt would collapse

A middle class person is financial secure, not living paycheck to paycheck, like at least 200k in savings, goes on like 4 vacations a year, has college fund saved for kids if they have any, has community ties, human capital makes you middle class not just income, can buy a 300-600k home, Family SUV, Sedan, maybe even an RV for road trip,

Middle Class is a standard of living, the type of school district you live in places a factor as well

People really don't understand how much more money upper class people have than them

like what I describe sounds to be considered middle class, but an upper class person has a rolls royce and lambo in their drive way that cost more than that shyt I just wrote, and it's not even the beginning of their valuables.

People don't want to admit it but they are broke, they are on a thread and needle out here in these streets with no room for error
I have all that though, except college savings, and my wife and I don’t clear 400k. Up until a couple years ago we were both barely making 200k together. And we’re not worried about college savings since our state pays for a percentage of in-state tuition depending on high school graduating GPA. Our school kids high school is also a top 75 school in the nation.

And that’s with us putting 10% of our money to tithes, which most people don’t do.

Unless you live in a very high cost of living area, your numbers are off.

What you described as middle class is actually UPPER middle class by any definition I can find. Even a working couple making $100k/yr each (so a household income of $200k) would be decidedly middle class. Comfortable sure, but still firmly middle class as it's highly unlikely they'd have $200k in savings AND college funds and the ability to take 4 vacations/family trips per year unless blessed with multiple inheritances or random windfalls.

A middle class person/family IS however financially secure, not living paycheck to paycheck and has a healthy savings (though nowhere near $200k) and can likely afford one BIG family vacation (think Disney) and maybe an exotic baecation or anniversary trip per year without breaking the bank or having to diligently budget and save in order to do so.

Dude do you think it's wise to deplete the strategic petroleum reserves now? One major disaster and we're screwed. How you ever gonna replenish the stockpiles anytime soon?

And I trust Peter Schiff advice over Coli dudes. He was one of the only ones calling out the Housing crash of 2008. And called out skyhigh inflation way before anyone else.

Don't post Newsmax on our site no more, the fukk is wrong with you? :what:

Take that shyt back to Reddit.

$400K is alot of money :heh: and if you can't live like a king on that they doing something very wrong...:mjlol:
That’s like 30k after taxes…. The mortgage on a Million dollar home would be around 8k (insurance and taxes) throw in a couple of luxury cars that’s 4k (including insurance)… Throw 10k in savings a month and you still have 8k to play around with.

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
When the elite get this arrogant it's time to roll out the guillotines
Look out, there are some on here that are gonna take this as a personal attack, they are only a thousand years from saving away from being the elite themselves

but capitalism "works" lmao
At this point we're basically shuffling the deck chairs on the titanic.

Capitalism had a long run but its time to retire the jersey and create something new and before any of yall boot lickers say anything about that never happening. Capitalism didn't exist in the middle ages.

Lol I think you missed the point. A teenager would sling burgers for $7/hr for weed and video games 10 or 15 years ago because that was the only way they could get any money

If it's just about getting enough pocket change to fukk off on weed or video games then there's endless options to get that which don't require dealing with the shytty conditions of a fast food spot.

Hospitality & tourism industries have taken a big hit with many leaving those industries for more flexible options
Nah, I'm an actual parent of a teenager and he wants to work at any of those jobs that hire kids but hes still a year too young. He been stacking bread mowing lawns and selling candy at school. Their vending machines at school are broken and the kids cant leave campus anymore. This created an opportunity for him. He sells out of his products quite easily I'm proud of him.

Who do you know that has a savings account? Most people just keep their money in checking account and he’s talking about the middle class not the majority of people I think
The account type wasn’t the point. People don’t have more than that much liquid cash on hand for emergencies.
