:childplease: shyt is not making any sense to me you want americans to be prosperous and make money, but then mad they made too much and are just saving it for a rainy day????

and the solution is to create chaos for the economy by getting 1.3 million people fired??? :childplease:

Capitalism doesn’t function well if everyone wins, breh. The system needs winners and losers.

You can apply this to world stage as well to understand why we need certain countries to fail

If there is a shortage of workers especially in fast food. How come Chick-fil-A always seems to be overstaffed. While the rest of these fast food joints barely have any people?

It's the same with any other company. The ones who treat workers well and pay a decent wage stay fully staffed. The ones who don't cry about not being able to hire anyone. No people are finally fed up with your shyt and have options for work now. It's always the companies with the worse reputation and skyhigh turnover rate bytching about worker shortage.

Who’s going to do that? Regular people who advocate for transformational economical change either get slandered out of public discourse, killed, or have their movement co-opted. Occupy Wall Street turned into a giant nothing burger for aforementioned reasons. And the other countries who can stop it are too busy trying to out strong men each other

Well I don't know what to say because the system as it is right now isn't working....:francis: something has to be done. Reduce inflation but keep jobs hiring high. These CEOs can start getting paycuts or something to stimulate bthe business

Who was it that said, “You can always count on the Americans to do the right thing after they’ve exhausted all other options”?

As long as there is the concept of commerce and capitalism, there will always be an element that is going to be exploited. Only way up is social mobility via high-paying job, inheritance, or marrying into wealth.

This game of explotation and permanent underclass is ancient...

Edit:
But I am not pessimistic, I think they are a ton of avenues to get bread, crypto, social media, Amazon reseller, WFH remote jobs, but like anything, it takes a looootttt of work to get there and make it profitable. Most people don't have that grind it out mentality to take losses and defeats for years to be self-employed...The other option is to work for a company which leads me to my other point.....

Boomers are going to be out of the job market in one way or the other in the next 5 to 10 years, if not already, so the various markets will need replacements to fill those gaps. Millenials and GenZ must take advantage of these vacancies because "not working at all" isn't a realistic option....
I agree with all that you listed above but there are options for the vacancies too. Immigration and Automation are going to fill some of these replacements.

Dude do you think it's wise to deplete the strategic petroleum reserves now? One major disaster and we're screwed. How you ever gonna replenish the stockpiles anytime soon?

And I trust Peter Schiff advice over Coli dudes. He was one of the only ones calling out the Housing crash of 2008. And called out skyhigh inflation way before anyone else.
