When they say supply constraints they mean they fukked up and produced too many series s’ instead of series x units. They were naive to think the Series S was what people wanted. People don’t care about bargain systems.

Anything they say to shareholders is going to have a somewhat positive spin to it. They can’t just be like “we fukked up the supply “

And something no one is talking about, the price drops diminished their value. Once you start putting big discount price tags on your premium consoles it leads people to believe its failing when the competition (even Nintendo) isn’t doing it.

Like, why would anyone in their right mind who passed on a series x or s around the holidays for 100 dollars off go buy one now, in bundles no less?
