Morons :snoop:

Did they not see Browning the previous week?

Just because the backup QB can play well, doesn't mean the starter is some bum.

Burrow still gives you a way higher ceiling which is all that matters

If you asked 100 people which QB has the higher ceiling....100 people will likely choose and should choose Burrow
Point of discussion is Burrow a generational QB

Yes he is and that shouldn’t be a topic of discussion.

If someone in this same thread asked the same of Lamar, you and others on this site would be catching feelings so don’t do it to Burrows. Or at least wait a few games in before you try and run this narrative especially once more tape is out on him.

Moreso if someone mentioned Lamar isn’t a generational QB(because Huntley didn’t miss a beat) I wouldn’t bring up the obvious of Lamar having a higher ceiling than Huntley

You maybe wouldn’t, but other posters on this definitely would with how sensitive they are about him compared to other QBs and you’d be lying if you say otherwise.

My original point still stands as we see it every week on this site with any ounce of criticism about even if valid.

Huntley did miss a beat. We saw how bad the Ravens offense was struggling to score last year without Lamar.

I want to see what Lamar can do this post season. This is a golden opportunity for him and his team to make the AFC championship. If Lamar is truly elite this is the expectation.

Lawrence,Burrow,Allen and Herbert are probably not going to the playoffs, that's 4 of the top 6 qbs in the conference. His only real completion in the post season will be the front running Dolphins and Mahomes with rag-tag receivers. If he can't go to the superbowl this year he never will.

I understand he did miss a beat when they played without Lamar. My point always stood that Mahomes, Lamar, and Josh Allen are irreplaceable and can play in any system.

Joe Burrow looking funny under the light after Jake Browning’s success with the Bengals all world receivers
