Ursher's run up to confessions was immaculate :ohlawd:

I was in love with that nikka :noah: , no homo :whoa:

He should of took a break like Justin did after he dropped confessions. The real mistake that Usher made was he kept on releasing rushed albums. He could of took a 5 year abscence and focus on Beiber.

He took a four-year break between Confessions and Here I Stand. It wasn't until Raymond vs. Raymond that he started dropping albums every two years.

Damn  , I guess homie jus was off when he dropped Here I Stand :snoop:

Everything before that was heat. I dont think Ush had any weak albums before that. You could even make arguements that My Way n 8701 were just as nice.

Justin Timberlake was smart with this new release by not changing his sound. Unlike Usher who completely changed his sound in between Confession and Here I Stand.

Usher should have understood the rule of, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it". Usher have completely lost me with the shyttt he put out now.:trash::snoop:

Usher's problem is more so being an African American male artist with a which limits his shelf life even more so given the type of music he makes(though he has had long/good career)...Where as Justin ia a cac urban artist with loyal fanbase whom share his background and thus relate to him and are more inclined to support his career for a much longer extended of time than they would you average black artist makng the same type of music...Fuk Usher for putting that little white cupcake Justin Jr. on isntead of helping another upcoming young black artist though

8701 thru Confessions was one of the greatest R&B runs of all time. Nothing will ever compare from him when measured against that era. I actually applaud him for trying to switch it up, he had been doing the traditional R&B thing since he was 13....Seeing if he can get back to the top should hopefully bring more of the old fire out of him

Or stop letting what's on the radio define what r&b is :beli:. There is plenty of good R&B out there. You're on the internet, do some research friend. Check out that Rashad guy they rave about in The Booth for starters.

What happened to classics like these? Usher used to be that nikka. :lawd: If you over 25, these will bring back memories.

"Its seven o Clock, on the dot...I'm in my drop top cruisin the streets":jawalrus:

Its sad to see how far Usher has fallen off. I remember back in 04 when that nikka was on top of the world, easily the most popular r&b/Pop star in the world, bigger than Beyonce. That nikka was on fire. TRL was still on at the time, and I remember the media would always compare JT and Usher...and Usher was the bigger artist at the time. Who woulda thought that 8 years later, Usher would be damn near Irrelevant, while JT is still make waves?

But I don't feel too sorry for the homie Usher...I'm sure that Bieber money aint lookin funny in the light:salute:

I knew Nice & Slow word for word at 9 years old :dead:

Usher should drop an all ballad love song album. That shyt would do numbers and put him where he needs to be. He needs to show that he's on another level. Now, it seems like he's trying to compete with these new dudes.
