I think a lot of times, artists don't want one producer getting to much credit for their success in fear it will diminish view of there skill set as an artist. I remember back when Neyo laced Mario with some heat like "Let me love you" and on the next album, Neyo said he wanted to work with Mario again but dude turned him down because he wanted to work with new writers.

It's done 5 mili worldwide. I think his team just panicked because of the success of Confessions. They made it seem like this album was a complete flop which is wasn't.
I didn't even know Looking 4 Myself was a studio album. I remember Usher vs. Raymond, but it's sad because dude is only 34 and for some reason his sound, swag comes off like a 40 year old trying to stay relevant.

There is no reason why Usher couldn't be Michael Ealy right now along with the music career. None. You don't make a diamond album and go platinum as many times as he has and not be considered for roles in movies.

Dude did his thing in Light It Up and had a role in She's All That. Forrest Whitaker(very respected) film and Freddie Prince(who was hot at the time)...you crazy if you don't think he hasn't been offered the roles.

Beyonce just lit up the Super Bowl the biggest entertainment event of the year. Jamie Foxx was in Django and Denzel was in Flight. The only other big movies recently was Argo, Batman and the Avengers. Morgan Freeman is in Batman.
