6th workout. Work outs starting to get a little intense

Banged out 70 lb squat, 55 lb overhead press, 110 lb deadlift

Deadlifts when done right feels fukking fantastic. One of those workouts i’ve been scared to do but starting off light gave me the confidence to get my form right

Just got my weightlifting belt from Amazon and waiting for my Adidas Prolifter cross trainers to be delivered

If you want to get the most out of your lifts do them in your socks and save the belt for your max if you feel you need to wear it

Officially completed 3 weeks! 85 lb squat, 65 lb bench and 85 lb barbell row

11th workout completed this morning. 95 lb squat, 70 lb bench, 90 lb barbell row.

I don’t think i should have started so low with the bench. I don’t think it will be much of a challenge until i throw 35s on there

Anyone starting out like me should invest in a manta Ray. Used it when i was squatting today and it just made it much easier to focus on my form than the bar

Took a week off cuz i got a new tat so wanted to give it some time to heal but damn i feel :flabbynsick: already

I was back at it today tho. Since i haven’t worked out in week the app suggested i do a 10% deload and work my way back to where i was before

3 days/week of squats :ehh::sadcam:.

You'll definitely feel a surge of testosterone but might have to opt for some "relaxed fit" pants if the thighs grow.
You ain’t never lie. Been on this program for 3 months. I’ve added a lot of muscle and look completely different. Some of my people I know thinks I’m juicing but I’m not. None of my pants fit. My gluteus, quads and hams are much bigger. Overall I’m way stronger than I’ve ever been and feel great.
