If you want to get the most out of your lifts do them in your socks and save the belt for your max if you feel you need to wear it6th workout. Work outs starting to get a little intense
Banged out 70 lb squat, 55 lb overhead press, 110 lb deadlift
Deadlifts when done right feels fukking fantastic. One of those workouts i’ve been scared to do but starting off light gave me the confidence to get my form right

I don’t have have a specific diet i follow. I just try to eat 6 times a day. I’m in middle of my skinny nikka tryna bulk up phaseIm doing 5x5 too. Youre like a week ahead of me tho. Whats a good diet to put on strength with this program
You ain’t never lie. Been on this program for 3 months. I’ve added a lot of muscle and look completely different. Some of my people I know thinks I’m juicing but I’m not. None of my pants fit. My gluteus, quads and hams are much bigger. Overall I’m way stronger than I’ve ever been and feel great.3 days/week of squats .
You'll definitely feel a surge of testosterone but might have to opt for some "relaxed fit" pants if the thighs grow.
