You'll definitely feel a surge of testosterone but might have to opt for some "relaxed fit" pants if the thighs grow.

I've done this one and off since forever, one thing I wouldn't worry about is the weight, you'll be surprised at how fast the weight increases if you're consistently going 3x week.

Yep. Born in Decatur. Grew up in the country. Back to the city for college.

If you are going 3 days a week, you add weight in a hurry. You have to tune out the jackasses that ask why you are lifting such low weight. Keep pounding our the reps/sets/days/weeks and they won't have anything to say in a month or two. :myman:
Hypertrophy is real. You will start noticing yaself more diesel one morning out of nowhere

and yeah I did 10 bench reps and 10 row reps.

I played high school bball but never lifted really, sohh i've got gym experience but nothing major. 6'3, 180
U right at the weight where pull ups become a mass gaining exercise in addition to a calisthenic
