Took a week off cuz i got a new tat so wanted to give it some time to heal but damn i feelalready
I was back at it today tho. Since i haven’t worked out in week the app suggested i do a 10% deload and work my way back to where i was before
I love back workouts..Pull-ups and rows would have your back lookingAt first I wasnt sure what the rows were for
