Squats get easier as you go not harder. You start to get the explosive power. Dont fear it getting low and blowing up


Im.ending week 4. Glad to be handling 45s again

Took a week off cuz i got a new tat so wanted to give it some time to heal but damn i feel :flabbynsick: already

I was back at it today tho. Since i haven’t worked out in week the app suggested i do a 10% deload and work my way back to where i was before

take the deload, believe me, maybe lower than 10 percent if you've haven't kept up diet/lifestyle wise. That first workout back doesn't feel bad but your recovery goes to shyt as you continue to add weight.

Been doing Stronglifts for 17 weeks today.

Im at

230lbs Bench
300lbs Squat
305lbs Deadlifts

Took a break week after 12 weeks and restarted squats and deadlifts at 225lbs to work on form.

Overall bodyweight didn't really change on average, went up from 260lbs to 275lbs at my heaviest. Right now I'm at 265lbs. BF i don't have an exact measure, but I'm pretty sure im in the 20-24% range.

Gonna get to 20 weeks and probably go on a heavy cut with Madcows 5x5 or something. Trying to cut doing Stronglifts made me wanna cry during workouts early on.

Today marks 4 weeks that i’ve been doing this program but I’m not gonna celebrate just yet cuz i took a week of so that set me back in terms of progress since i had to do a 10% deload

One positive thing about today is the fukk my form on my squats improved tremendously and i was able to bang out my sets with no problems thanks to this video:

I’m close to getting the fundamentals down pact for most of the lifts. Just need to work on my form when doing deadlifts.

Making some progress..banged out 105lb squat, 65 lb OH press, 135lb deadlift.

Can someone post a helpful video that’ll show me how to do deadlifts properly. I’m struggling with my form

How tall are you, you doing conventional DLs or Sumo?

Just closed out week 18

Went 5/5/5/5/0 on Squats @ 310lbs :mjcry:

Lowkey kinda fukked up my knee on the last set trying to go ATG, hopefully it'll be good come Monday.
