My bench numbers kinda light right now too. What i do to compensate for that is take 5 secs to bring the bar down and 5 secs to bring the bar upNah I am.
After a deload week(I had to take a week off) tmmrw I’m at 115 squat 90 bench and 90 row...
Might up the bench numbers tho cause that shyt is TOO easy still and I’m a ways in.

Went 5x5 @ 315 on squats
5/5/5/4/4 @ 240 on bench
5x5 at 135 on Barbell row
pretty sure fukked up by taking 2 seperate preworkouts by accident for a total of 600mg of caffiene.
felt like fainting the whole way through when usually I only feel like that during a new squat PR or a very bad day sleep/recovery wise.

Where did the 2,700-3,000 cal figure come from?Just started last Monday and through my 3rd exercise today. Next up is 90 SQ 60 OHP and 140 DL.
I was going to the gym pretty consistently cutting for the past couple of months got down to about 170 but made no strength gains. But now I'm bulking and eating 260 g of protein a day 2700-3000 calories a day but I feel myself getting fatter by the day brehs. Don't want to lose all the progress I've made
