A tough woman isn't attractive to any man, not just Black men. Only undercover fakkits want lay up with a tough woman, consistently.

Blacks had high marriage rates during the 1950s, when a lot of Blacks were even poorer.

What's happened is men no longer see the value of marriage as an institution. They get raped in the courts in the event of a divorce. So, why go through that when they can get all the p*ssy they want outside the confines of marriage.

If the court system were not so jacked up and p*ssy were hard to come by outside marriage, nikkas would be marrying more at all financial levels. Believe that.

You are just generalizing and spitting barbershop bs here...

Y'all are just hell bent on assuming the negative of Black women... I wonder if you would have the same image of your Black daughter....

Average American makes under 50K.
So by default most women have unrealistic expectations.

That's what I'm been trying to highlight in this thread. Average American isn't even making $50K. So, where are these Black women (who also on average are making less than $50K), going to find all these Black men making more than $75K? If a Black man is making that type of money, looks nice, has no kids, nice car, his own spot, etc. he's going to have a buffet of women to choose from. Then, the onus is placed on the woman. What makes her such a "good" woman to snag such a man?

The woman will them come with the "well, I have degrees, make X money, etc." Men rarely marry women based on that type of shyt. Now that more women have those things, it becomes even less of a differentiating factor.

They could always try other Black men like Nigerians, Ethiopians, etc. But, those men will not marry a lot of Black men for the same reasons AA men don't marry AA women.

We've got to keep it all the way funky:

  • Good Black men (age 23-35): ~$35K-50K, no kids, decent, good character, 9-5.
  • Great Black men (age 23-35): >$75K, no kids, decent, good character, 9-5
  • Unicorns (age 23-35): >$100K, non-entertainer, no kids, decent, good character

There is no shortage of "good" Black men for Black women to build with. There is a shortage of "great" Black men, just as there is a shortage of "great" men in other groups.

But, most Black women--good, great or not--think they deserve a "great" Black man. Some even think they deserve the unicorns.

Why does it bother some men when a woman (especially a black woman) has certain standards?

Do you believe that black men in the "good" category deserve a black woman in the great or unicorn category?

No. No one on this earth deserves anyone.

Your next twist of logic will be to assume that the majority of "successful" Black women fall in the unicorn category, hence their only options are "good" Black men. But since "good" Black women shouldn't expect to find "great" Black men in abundance, why would a "good" Black man deserve a unicorn Black woman?

It's apparent where you were going.

Most Black women fall in the "good" category also. National income statistics support that claim.

Doesn't bother anyone. It's just ridiculous when Black women go on national TV and say there are no good Black men. Can you imagine how ridiculous it would be for "successful" Black men to go on national TV and say there are no "good" Black women around?

We'd all give those nikkas the :dahell: look.
