I used to HATE incline now I cant get enough it :banderas:

I was wearing a tank at the gym last night and was stretching out my chest, rotator cuffs, etc and the separation is showing a little brehs :totheeastside: Just when I was starting to forget why I'm doing this shyt.

Yup these are a must for your upper pecs, have a right shoulder injury that limits my range of motion thus limiting my overall lifitng potential but im slowly getting around it and hitting my goals on both dumbell and barbell incline bench.

Dumbell max at 60lb
Barbell max at 165lb
You think those compression sleeves would help? I'm ordering two tomorrow to help with my issues.

Read this thread last night and did inclines this morning at the gym. Got 105 5 times. Could have went up to 110 or 115 but I didnt have a spotter and almost dropped one of the Dumbbells on me while getting into position so I called it quits after that.
