You think those compression sleeves would help? I'm ordering two tomorrow to help with my issues.Yup these are a must for your upper pecs, have a right shoulder injury that limits my range of motion thus limiting my overall lifitng potential but im slowly getting around it and hitting my goals on both dumbell and barbell incline bench.

You skrong as shytRead this thread last night and did inclines this morning at the gym. Got 105 5 times. Could have went up to 110 or 115 but I didnt have a spotter and almost dropped one of the Dumbbells on me while getting into position so I called it quits after that.
This is 100% the same problem I have with benching.I used to do incline a lot; but football fukked my shoulders up. I can still do incline; but I have to warm up my shoulders and rotator cuffs really good.
