Did Incline Sunday hit 225 5 times and 245 3 times. Seems like a good way to show your chest alternating days and how many sets you do and the weight

I warm up with:

135 for 10
185 for 8
225 for 10
245 for 7
275 for 3

then hit:
245 as many times as I can..............minute rest
225 as many times I can.................minute rest
185 as many times I can....................minute rest
135 as many times as I can
