i have the strength to lift more than 85 lbs dumbbells on the incline but my fukked up wrists prevent me from doing so :francis::mjcry:

I'm 5'11, 186 pounds with the wrists of an 80-year-old woman with [Clay Davis]Arthur-itis[/Clay Davis] :stopitslime:
I was inclining with 85 lbs too before I lost weight. I could still do it but not for hypertrophy reps. Did you hurt injure your wrists or just have weak ones?

I already have comically thin wrists (let’s just say there is a reason I don’t wear watches or wristbands), but all those years doing push-ups and dips made it far worse

Now I'm at a point where I only put stress on my wrists once per week. And on that day I do incline bench :yeshrug:


shyt got me doing curls using the triceps bar exclusively :hhh:

Same here breh. My wrists are small af too. Good to see I'm not the only one.
