I already have comically thin wrists (let’s just say there is a reason I don’t wear watches or wristbands), but all those years doing push-ups and dips made it far worseI was inclining with 85 lbs too before I lost weight. Now I'm at a point where I only put stress on my wrists once per week. And on that day I do incline bench
shyt got me doing curls using the triceps bar exclusively
