Man fukk dude I just was tired of derailing the thread and once he did what I wanted him to do like a trained puppy I was good. He can rant and rave forever now it means nothing because he's nothing. My charity work for losers is done for the day. If its not about the topic I'm done on my end with this situation lol.

Pretty close, on the incline I'm doing 85lb dumbbells now for 6 (as of this past Sunday)
Yeah I figured as much that you were around that number. You can get to where ole boy is about 2/3 months if you go hard.

I used to HATE incline now I cant get enough it :banderas:

I was wearing a tank at the gym last night and was stretching out my chest, rotator cuffs, etc and the separation is showing a little brehs :totheeastside: Just when I was starting to forget why I'm doing this shyt.

It makes your chest look better and makes you stronger:wow:

I warm up with:

135 for 10
185 for 8
225 for 10
245 for 7
275 for 3

then hit:
245 as many times as I can..............minute rest
225 as many times I can.................minute rest
185 as many times I can....................minute rest
135 as many times as I can

Just a thought:

I actually think anyone who can hit 225 for reps on incline is strong

Now 225 flat bench isn't rare in a gym,as I see alot of guys that hit 225 and more on flat.

But very rarely do you see guys do incline period,and if they do,they not hitting 225 for reps,think about it,you barely even see cats doing incline

Incline has been a weakness of mine ever since I started lifting weights.


I always did them after bench.
Lately, I've been doing them before my flat bench.

I'm gonna go with OP's suggestion and start doing them on separate days and see how much I improve.
