This month I just put the treadmill on 3 speed for 60 minutes after I lift. I put the Kindle on there and read while I walk for the hour. Sometimes I cut it to 30-45 minutes.

I need to get back to it regularly. I did it in the basement for the first time in forever yesterday. Burned a quick 100 calories but I need to rock back with it regularly. I was so doing that and fit xr on the Quest 3 for my workout. Lost a lot of weight.

I use the elliptical more than the treadmill.

I do 40 to 70 mins on the elliptical, then lift weights for 30-40 mins. If it's leg day, I'll do 40 mins on the elliptical then hit legs.

In my experience, gets you into the higher HR zone quicker and isn’t as strenuous as running. You’d be surprised how many calories you burn and how improved your cardio with incline walks or interval sprints on incline.
^^^
Also shortens the time on the treadmill

12-3-30 is so underrated.

Burns a ton of calories being way less strenuous than running

Just found out a trick on one of my treadmills.

It automatically turns off at 100 minutes. When that happens I usually just let it reset the incline and drop to zero mph and do a restart.

Today I figured out when that happens to just press the start button 3 times and it'll keep my incline and speed, as well as session milage and just restart the clock :leon:

Regarding the treadmill I absolutely do not need to lose weight but I want to increase leg strength and endurance. What should I do?

Incline sprints for strength, low and slow runs for endurance.
