I run outside. Treadmill doesnt do me justice
What's your incline?30 mins at 2.6 speed..is this good guys?
Dang..its just a simple treadmill so no incline but for an obese person weighing 344 lbs is it still not effective? Im just starting out exercisingWhat's your incline?
If you're just walking that's a decent pace but its not really long enough to be effective. If your incline is higher than that can be just fine.

Just did another run just now 30 mins at 3.0 speed...feeling good rn..only thing is i lost the lubricant for my treadmill is there any household/convenient substitute i can use until i buy a legit lubricant? 3.0 speed is my speed now worked up alot of sweatThat's effective.
Definitely keep that up the main thing is at that pace do it more frequently. Because while it's low intensity obviously the more you do it, the more effective it'll be. And it's not something thats going to drain you or tax your system and make it hard to do every or more often.
It shouldn't take much before you increase the time to 35 mins, 40 mins, 45 mins, 50 mins, to one hour. Whether you do it everyday or every other day.
I'm a fool. I'll get on a treadmill and read a book, or listen to an audio book. You can get on the treadmill and walk while you watch a movie. Regardless of what you do, just keep moving.
Eventually the 2.6 will feel like nothing and you might move it to 2.8 or 3.0 or 3.2. Your body is going to get used to the movement and as it does just adjust the variables to make it more effective but not difficult. Not something where you are going to be too sore, which isn't usually a problem with treadmills. You'll want it enough to challenge yourself or be effective but not enough to want to quit or be unable to complete.
For me I know I can walk or jog for hours and I've done it, the issue for me is I don't always have hours to walk or jog so I have to increase the speed and incline.
Since you aren't using the incline slowly adjust your time up to maximum one hour and once that's nothing for you- then go back down to just 30 mins but work on increasing your speed.
I wouldn't worry about it. It's not going to be a problem unless you plan on walking or running another 100+ miles on it. Just order some more and keep walking til it gets there.Just did another run just now 30 mins at 3.0 speed...feeling good rn..only thing is i lost the lubricant for my treadmill is there any household/convenient substitute i can use until i buy a legit lubricant? 3.0 speed is my speed now worked up alot of sweat
