I do a mile every 10 mins. Was doing an hour but I've been going 30 mins lately.
25-30 mins. 3 speed and 2 incline (will increase over time)i usually spend 45 minutes walking...
the first 15 minutes, i walk at 2.0 speed...
the next 15 minutes, i walk at 2.5 speed...
the last 15 minutes, i walk at 3.0 speed..
i usually don't run on a treadmill.....
should i increase my time? maybe 1 hour..
want to know..
