And what the fukk makes you think they have to hit quota for the next film? Avengers is the third highest grossing film of all time. The sequel isn't likely to top that regardless of who the actors are portraying the characters.

That made no sense. "The Avengers 2" is a direct sequel to the first movie. "The Dark Knight" was the middle movie of a reboot trilogy that came out 20+ years after the one with Nicholson and Keaton.

If you don't mind them replacing actors ok cool but why even make sequels or spend years trying to build a cohesive universe if you're just going to constantly rotate the actors out over pay disputes? Where do we draw the line with this shyt? After the 5th Bruce Banner? After certain characters magically disappear because they can't find a suitable actor to play them?

Your last statement is dumb because clearly the original Batman and The Dark Knight are 2 completely different Batman universes. It would be more like them replacing Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, and Commissioner Gordon after Batman Begins.

I don't care if they get rid of RDJ, because they need to get rid of the idea that they need to push a certain actor on us. I want to see the character. I don't want to see Iron man for 10 actual minutes of the movie, and when he's in the suit besides that time, his mask is gone, just in case we forgot who was playing IM under the mask. It's stupid. It pulls me out of the movie. If they need to go with less star power to stop shyt like that, then go for it.

She agreed to that amount in the contract. They all need to try to negotiate at the end of the day. I bet NONE of these actors even the studio imagined these properties would be selling like crack out here. That will never happen. If they're just gonna have the character not show his face for 90% of the movie anybody can play them on some MF Doom shyt. Which studios aren't ok with. They ain't gonna risk building a $150-$200 mill movie around a random ass actor just to justify not showing their face much.

That's why Marvel is leery about making another "Hulk" movie because people want to see Hulk, but if you have a CGI character for most of the movie what is the point of even hiring an actor in the first place? What actor would even be ok with that?
