at the handful of people that literally everyone is disagreeing with "owning" anybody. You cats need to get in touch with reality then maybe we can have some kinda discussion instead of parroting the same silly ass arguments like 
"they can replace him, people want to see Iron Man!"....ok if that's the case why parlay with RDJ to begin with? If Iron Man is so popular and a brand name in pop culture no matter who plays him, why is Marvel negotiating with this guy for 2-3 weeks?Are you guys smarter than Marvel? Right now Iron Man is probably more popular than Spider-Man look at the box office #'s for the Amazing Spider-Man and Iron Man 3 already
and why wouldn't they try to renegotiate with RDJ they would rather not take the risk since he already appeared as Iron Man in the avengers. All the talk about Iron Man 4 is just speculation so...
The fact is Iron Man made RDJ popular not the other way round. He is replaceable

That was Terrance Howard's dumbass fault. He got more money than RDJ in the first movie, and thought the same thing was gonna happen in IR2

i was never a fan of comics and i never gave a fukk about iron man until the movie. the only comic i liked as a kid was x-men and that was mostly off the saturday morning fox cartoon. rdj is ironman to me at this point, any other actor would seem corny to me
if they replace rdj in the avengers or iron 4, i will not willingly go watch it in the theater

I agree with the bolded. His version of Tony Stark just seems like it's so right. The only way you could replace him is in a reboot.
As for Thor, he's probably replaceable, but not by much. He fits that role well.
I don't care what they do with everybody else, but they better keep Ruffalo. I knew after the 1st scene when he yelled at Black Widow dude was on point. I can't even remember Norton's corny overrated performance. To tell you the truth, I thought his version (Banner) was the worst.
