Barring something surprising this team will win 7-9 games and possibly sneak into the playoffs tho I hope its closer to 7 so this Flus fakkitry can finally be over the done with.

I gave him ao many chances to look competent he is still coaching like hes in yr 1

SO NOW COACHING MATTERS
ALL OF A SUDDEN?

COULD HAVE TAKEN MHJ,
TRADED DOWN
FOR SOME OLINE MEN AND KEPT JUSTIN

Who said that? who in here said coaching doesn't matter?

Look I'm very happy that JF is thriving on a new team with a competent environment and coach. There is no way to know if he would have looked any different than last year, here. then you have to pay him 40-50 million. Its a no brainer to take the rookie. The issue is they neglected the OLine, or Waldron is not putting them in situations to have sucess like Kmet blocking Latu. I seriously hope we aren't going to go a whole year comparing what justin is doing with what a rookie is doing (and considering how abysmal the run game is he is ironically being asked to do more). Caleb threw for almost 400 yards in his 3rd start. It wasn't a mistake to take him, the talent is obviously there and the bears weren't winning the super bowl this year anyway so as long as he continues to show he can reach his potential, win like 8 or so games, the year is a success. Unless you thought this was a super bowl team?

YES WE ARE.
THIS TEAM ISNT ON
A ROOKIE TIMELINE.

CALEB WASNT BROUGHT IN
TO GO THROUGH ROOKIE WOES.

PPL SAW WHAT CJ DID WITH
A 3 WIN TEAM LAST SEASON
AND FIGURED CALEB COULD
DUPLICATE THAT WITH A TEAM
THAT SHOULD HAVE REALISTICALLY WON
10 GAMES LAST SEASON.

WHAT WE ARENT GOING TO
DO IS DOWN PLAY THIS TEAMS
EXPECTATIONS ALL OF A SUDDEN
JUST BECAUSE ITS NOT WORKING OUT
THE WAY nikkaS THOUGHT IT WAS.

DEFENSE WILL PROBABLY BE TRASH
BY THE TEAM CALEB BECOMES HIM
THEN nikkaS WILL SAY HE HAS NO DEFENSE
BECAUSE THE TIMELINES
DONT MATCH UP.

You got it breh :manny:

so what youre saying is if we kept Justin, we would have had super bowl aspirations? With this same coaching staff? What type of timeline is this team on.

I'm not getting the angle you're taking. The team can still hit a run and end up with 9-10 wins. No one knows, its week 3. Stroud was like 3-4 before they went on a run.

NO I WAS ALWAYS FOR KEEPING JF
AND GETTING RID OF THE COACHING STAFF.

FLUS COST US ABOUT 3 GMS LAST SEASON.

JF WASNT THE PROBLEM.
FLUS AND GETSY WERE.

Oh yeah I don't think no one thought it was all on JF that would be stupid.

I was fine with going with caleb cuz of Rookie plus higher ceiling. but he def isn't the issue and with competent coaching he can be fine, as he is right now in PA. the year is young though who knows where the respective teams end up.

CALEB HAS THE HIGHER CEILING
IN THEORY BUT JF STILL HAS
TOP 5 TALENT IF HE CAN
PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
WHICH IS WHY I TAKE MHJ
AND A COUPLE OF OLINEMEN.

THE GAP BETWEEN JF PEAK
AND CW PEAK IF BOTH EVER
REACH THEIR PEAKS ISNT HUGE.

ADD A GENERATIONAL WR LIKE MHJ
AND JF COULD HAVE EXPLODED

JF ceiling and QB profile is Lamar Jackson/Jalen Hurts
CW ceiling and QB profile is Pat Mahomes/Aaron Rodgers

Caleb's upside as a passer is higher. Kid threw for 363 in game 3, Justin just got his first 240 yard game in Year 4.

:mjlol:

Bears opted for the better projected PASSER and for resetting the QB clock.

Now the mfer needs to throw an accurate deep ball because wtf
