One could argue, having more conviction in your coaching staff also played a part in passing on him. If they have a different HC that they felt was a "leader of men" they probably take him regardless

This game is proof is that it doesn't matter who is at quarterback if you don't have a good offensive line you're not going to win and the offense will struggle the chiefs injuries on the oline finally caught up to them

Breh the chiefs starting left tackle Thuney is usually the starting left guard the oline isn't at full strength i thought it was common knowledge the chiefs had injuries upfront mahomes didn't have time to even hold on to the ball on most of the sacks
