I was impressed by Wisconsin at Mackey last week. They stumbled vs Oregon, but they are definitely due for a S16.

If Maryland can avoid injury/foul trouble, especially in the backcourt, they can make a lot of noise. Queen will continue to shoot up the draft boards
Terps been better as of late, but they aren't a great road team. I'm worried about their seeding come tournament time. If they are a 10 or lower, they likely can be a bracket buster, but if they are 9 (push game against the 8) or higher they likely going to get caught up by some pesky tenacious lower seed team. I also feel like this years SEC teams are giving me Big 10 vibes from a few years ago where it looked like they were going to bully the field, but that didn't happen.

He deserves NPOY but get ready for duke hype train coming to boost the great white hope
It’s just crazy that these guys are somewhat comparable in production with one playing in arguably the best conference in the modern era and the other playing in one of the worst iterations of the ACC lol.

I was more confident in MSU winning at UM last week than I am for the road game to UMD. Terps are surging, and we don't have an answer for Queen other than throwing 3-4 different bigs at him. Maryland been hot since they lost to OSU, and they're undefeated at home.

What's wrong with this bozo? Just mental issues? I remember him on Illinois that first year, then he vanished.

I mean things can always change but the plan from his camp and us has always been two years and then go pro. I do know that keeping him well compensated money wise is the main NIL priority in the offseason.
Ok that sounds promising lol. I remember Embiid wanted to stay ,but self basically told him to kick rocks.

Gonna be tough to pass Alabama

Passing them is pretty much irrelevant at this point. SJU will be a 2 seed at highest, they'd need epic collapses from several teams to move up to the the 1 line.

It's that time of year where the AP poll is almost meaningless

Duke & Auburn are nearly guaranteed a 1 seed, and that's regardless of what happens in their conference tournaments, so:

Aubun
Duke
Houston
Florida/Bama/Tenn depending how SECT plays out

2 Seeds:

SJU
B1G winner
Iowa State/TTU/SEC team
SEC team

I saw Bracketology had the Johnnies as a 4 seed, they really don't respect the BE anymore with UConn falling off

They might have to win the BE tournament to lock in the 3 seed

Damn...was it 2009 that the Big East had 3 one seeds? Uconn, Pitt & Louisville?

I can almost guarantee you that SJU and MSU will be in the same bracket with some sort of Izzo vs. Petino The Last Don storyline that writes itself.

Wouldn't be surprised to have Oklahoma and/or Vandy in there as OU's Jeremiah Fears and MSU's Jeremy Fears are brothers, and MSU's PG of the past 4 seasons is on Vandy. Committee love setting shyt like this up.

St Johns really didn't do much out of conference, Big East really didn't get respect last year either but UConn and Marquette put in work out of conference to get #1 and #2 seeds
