So does Cade re-sign? At this point I don't see how he can have any confidence going forward. Firing the GM means you'll get another rebuild. Who would want to stay for that.

No one turns down that much money. He already missed a season due to injury. You don’t risk it. Turning down guaranteed +$200 million would be ridiculous.

Absolutely, they'd be fools not to. It's not like they can easily replace him.
I mean they if they want to be difficult then they do what the Suns did to Ayton in not wanting to offer him the 5 years and matching what another team offers.

I obviously don’t think they’d do it, but stranger things have happened. Cade definitely wouldn’t turn it down if/when the Pistons offered.

You think of all the great young players who've been stuck at trash teams and re-upped with their teams, it's going to mid ass Cade who walks away from the extension? :mjlol:

Not to mention he's literally coming off missing a whole season so he'd be retarded to gamble his future earnings.

It’s no coincidence the two youngest teams in the league, spurs being the 2nd youngest, have a 13/15 loosing streak going. I don’t think the pistons are as bad as 2-17, they just hit a rough patch but they’re too young to overcome it. Once Bojan is back they’ll start playing better.
