Beli has influence to the extent that his coaching descendants are scattered around the league on different teams, but he doesn't have enough influence among the other teams to directly get a guy hired. People forget that the Pats and Beli have many enemies around the league for their cheating allegations and how the league handled them.
Good point but he must obviously have more influence then we think if he knows who is being hired a week or so in advance. He is the reason Flores got the Miami gig in 2019. I do agree Pats have a reputation obviously but lets say just a recommendation is possible. Josh McDaniels after all the bs he did is about to coach the Raiders . Bellis staff still getting jobs. Cheating has been going on in the league forever.

Another thing the NFL is dirty. They will come out with one bad thing about Flores and twist the whole case to make it seem like he has bad character . They will look into his background (women, criminal etc). All thats going to come from all this is Ross possibly selling his team to another white owner. Flores getting a settlement and not coaching in league.Elway thing is going to go away, collusion will be hard to prove. I want the guy to win dont get me wrong . Another thing is it normal to be giving alot of interviews while suing?NPR,CBS,ESPN. I do think he needs more support from other black coaches.

Ross has more to worry about than selling the team. If he's offering money to lose that's federal charges, and I'm sure somebody at the FBI will look into it.

Hue Jackson just torpedoed the precious little credibility he had left after walking back what he said. Even if what he said was true, saying, "errr... nevermind," makes dude look like more of a clown than he already is.
I never liked that guy. Something slimy about him that I can’t put my finger on. He just seems like a very shady person.

The NFL must have gotten into Hue Jackson’s pockets as he’s completely walked back his comments from earlier this week :mjlol:
Hue knew what was the deal once he got the Browns job :beli:. The team was going nowhere and need to rebuilt from the ground up in order to be competitive in the league. Probably rewarded him for other metrics beside on the field performance since the front office knew that the squad would be trash. As a Browns fan, I knew the team wasn't going to do shyt but his ass could have won at least 2 to 4 games during 2016 & 2017. He just found new ways to lose each year. There is a reason once their fired him in 2018, they had a winning record with Gregg Williams. The staff and players turned on him during that season and that cost him his job. He needs to stop being bitter and move on because he just keeping looking worst once the media ask specific questions with regards to his role and knowledge :martin:.

“I think there are back channel conversations and back channel meetings that are had that oftentimes influence decisions. I think [the Giants hiring process] is a clear example of that. Bill Belichick is a clear example of that. His resume speaks to that. It was clear to me that decision was made with his influence. That’s part of the problem. That needs to change. There needs to be a fair and equal opportunity to interview and showcase your abilities to lead and earn one of those positions.”

fukk Bill Belicheck
it's crazy to me that weirdos wanna try and spin it into beli trying to take down teams he don't like in solidarity or some shyt.

i don't even hate him or think he is the real problem here, but that man would died to protect the shield. he would never go out of his way to expose this shyt, just an old man who got caught up in a texting error that men even younger than him have lol.

I'm not going to go against SAS when there's c00ns like Tiki

Take racism out of the equation. If you hired someone behind the scenes then brought in another person for a sham interview just to satisfy a quota how is that a fair hiring process?

Now consider the fact that this only happens to black coaching candidates and tell us how it isn't racist.

You don't have to wear sheets and say the N word to practice systematic racism.

NFL to eye diversity efforts in wake of Flores suit

It looks like the NFL is worried about the lawsuit to me. They going in damage control mode.

And notice, Josh McCown still hasn't been named the head coach of the Texans. I bet the NFL Office contacted the Texans and said, you better have an INCREDIBLE EXPLANATION how you hiring a high school asst coach, over a proven black head coach.

Hue Jackson says he wasn't paid to lose NFL games with the Browns but his situation had similarities to that of Brian Flores - CNN

This dude Hue is an absolute goof. He’s jumping in this to try to spin having the worst coaching stretch in NFL history. Just last week he was all over Twitter and on podcasts saying…

I had a similar situation in Cleveland
Browns paid me to tank, I got receipts
It was a good number

Now it’s…

they never paid me to lose
My situation was different

Come on man

Edit: I see y’all already called dude out. Anyway fukk dude for trying to fukk up the movement with his flip flopping
