I'm happy Brian put racism in NFL Ownership on the Super Jam Screen. There is definitely racism in the head coaching hiring in the NFL. The Rooney Rule is being abused by the NFL Owners. Black Coaches are given a shorter leash to succeed. This is about the idea that Black people are only workers and can't lead. We've proven that untrue time and time again but that doesn't stop them from not hiring a brother for the position. LOL @ all these average White Coaches getting jobs with less experience and success than some of black coaches. What's happening to Eric Benemey is criminal at this point should of been hired by now. I didn't need a Brian Flores lawsuit to see there is an issue. As long as there's mostly White Owners this problem will continue. The only way to stop racism in business is through Black Ownership. Black people have to be Owners and Bosses. Enough of this worker bee only mess they've had us in since Slavery. There needs to be 3 to 5 New Expansion teams created specifically for Black Ownership. I don't expect these White Owners give up any power so there needs to be more teams. I don't trust the NFL Good Ol Boy system to change. There is no more benefit of the doubt when there's only 1 Black Head Coach in the entire league. Getting to the playoffs is cute and all but 5 years NO playoff wins another season or two with no playoff wins going to be interesting. I love Tomlin (nh) but he isnt Cowher. If Tomlin didnt win any Super Bowls his first 10 seasons just like Cowher did he probably wouldnt be there.

And notice, Josh McCown still hasn't been named the head coach of the Texans. I bet the NFL Office contacted the Texans and said, you better have an INCREDIBLE EXPLANATION how you hiring a high school asst coach, over a proven black head coach.

Wasn't there a consortium of black billionaires and they refused to sell them the cheapest team when they threw up their offer?! What good is all this ownership talk when cacs not selling to black folks that got money.
