Hue Jackson says he wasn't paid to lose NFL games with the Browns but his situation had similarities to that of Brian Flores - CNN

This dude Hue is an absolute goof. He’s jumping in this to try to spin having the worst coaching stretch in NFL history. Just last week he was all over Twitter and on podcasts saying…

I had a similar situation in Cleveland
Browns paid me to tank, I got receipts
It was a good number

Now it’s…

they never paid me to lose
My situation was different

Come on man

Edit: I see y’all already called dude out. Anyway fukk dude for trying to fukk up the movement with his flip flopping
Notice Flores ain’t even paying this nikka any mind

They did pay him to lose. He is clearly trying to save his own ass because he took the money

Take racism out of the equation. If you hired someone behind the scenes then brought in another person for a sham interview just to satisfy a quota how is that a fair hiring process?

This actually happens a lot. I've worked for orgs who during the hiring process will interview other candidates because it's the protocol but they already have someone within the company they plan to promote or take the position. Often times it's company policy to conduct a certain number of interviews before they offically hire someone especially if they're non-profit or if they get funds from the government.

NFL to eye diversity efforts in wake of Flores suit

It looks like the NFL is worried about the lawsuit to me. They going in damage control mode.

And notice, Josh McCown still hasn't been named the head coach of the Texans. I bet the NFL Office contacted the Texans and said, you better have an INCREDIBLE EXPLANATION how you hiring a high school asst coach, over a proven black head coach.

:mjlol: The NFL gonna throw some money and empty initiatives like they always do and hope that this goes away. Kaep already proved that these teams collude and we been seeing the bullshyt they play with the whole interview process

Hue always had a gripe with Cleveland after he got canned. Even our damn owner called his ass out for not being accountable for his own failures.

Browns owner Jimmy Haslam fires back at Hue Jackson, says former coach never accepted responsibility for team’s record

Here is one of my random thoughts on this situation, Don't know if it this was mentioned here BUT think about this coach for second:

1. This coach has been a HC for 15 years and has NEVER had a loosing season.
2. This HC has lead his team to SEVEN NFC north titles
3. This HC has had his team in the playoffs 10 of those 15 seasons
4. This HC has two trips to the super bowl
5. This coach has won a super bowl

This coach is the ONLY black HC currently in the NFL and other than Belichick who is the consensus GOAT HC, this coach is the second most successful HC in the last 20 years..

My point is and how it ties into the Flores lawsuit is there is not a "Mike Tomlin coaching tree", you never hear that talked about with the media, fans, or even steeler fans.

Belicheick has been getting coaches hired for the last 17+ years because of his "tree", and one after one they have been unsuccessful and it never stops..

The NFL is a reflection of our real society, you have those in the dominant society who practiced white supremacy and others who claimed they are not racist and some blacks who play dumb right along with them.

The last 48 hours the narrative is already changing with Flores, everyone who he spoke publicly about according to the media they have come back with "scathing" pushback condemning Flores, also Hue Jackson didn't help flores case either. I don't know what the end result is but what I do know is if Flores is offered a job this year he will take it, if nothing is offered then I do not see him getting a job again in the NFL.

FIVE coaches hired already this off season, none of them black. The most respected black former HC Tony Dungy is soft shoeing and walking the line but Flores is on a island by himself unfortunately even though us who are NOT playing dumb can see the BS going on with this league..

Arians is the only coach who worked under Tomlin who got hired. Tomlin tree is interesting he was only a coordinator for 1 season before getting job at Pittsburgh at age 35. Once he got to Pittsburgh he inherited Lebeau as D coordinator. Arians was coordinator for 5 seasons. His so called tree is mostly older established coordinators. Lets be real a black coach or two might get hired but its going to be the same cycle. These owners will continue the game. Outside of Tomlin every brotha will always be on the hotseat.I rather us have power then so called token jobs.
