The right way, the wrong way and the Max Power way
they hired the man. If you’re not going to allow him to grow into the role why even make the hire? It looks like completely bullshyt. Unless it was a neglect of of his responsibilities like Urban Meyer, you hired a first time head coach - this 100% deserves criticism for the Pats
They made a mistake and have corrected it.

Headcoach is not a role you "grow into".

The entire organization is fraudulent and incompetent including :beli:. Having Brady covered everything

No one can win taking over the lack of talent :beli: put together for years

Weird people talking about preparation and penalties. The roster is ass. People have this idea in their mind that bad players just lose 1 v 1 matchups. No bad players don't prepare and bad players make mistakes and get penalized. Automatically putting that shyt on Mayo when you put for that garbage ass roster is a fukking shame.

I agree.

If there's no financial reason, then I don't understand the timing being today. Could have waited 24 hours and done it then. This timing seems pretty disrespectful.

I don't think many were willing to give Mayo a real chance. I think most Patriots fans have just wanted Vrabel since last off-season.
Exactly. Patriots fans never gave Mayo a chance and it’s not like Bill didn’t start off 5-13. Mayo got a shyt roster and then had his two best d lineman either traded or hurt. It’s a clown show by the Krafts. Mayo didn’t assemble that roster. But the media has been out for him all year.

Losing the #1 was a deal breaker for Kraft and the spoiled fans of the Pats. They was competitive in a few games that they could've won this year, maybe finish at 7-10. However, with Vrabel available it made the decision easier. Maybe Bill will hire Mayo done in NC.

And it was stupid of Kraft to do so, this maybe news to you but the fanbase and anyone watching the team knows this was a bad hire. I have no problem ending a relationship if there is no future
then it’s still moreso a failure on the organization than the first time head coach. It looks like some bullshyt from the outside looking in. Either way we stack it up, it’s fair to say Mayo got a raw deal here

nikka they could have waited a day. Again this is a guy who has been apart of your team in some capacity for like 15 years

At least my bills would never do some trash like this to a someone whose been apart of teh bills organization for awhile
