The players don't give a fukk and are happy to see him out the door, yet thecoli knows better and thinks he should have been given time :mjlol:

This just sounds like a dude covering his ass. You think he’ll say “yea we were trash and got him fired”?! :mjlol:

I'm not a cac :hubie:

I'm just trying to show people that they're wasting their time caping for this dude. Black coaches get screwed over - this isn't one of them.
Yep. You and others get it.

Do white coaches get a longer leash than they should sometimes? Yes.

But that does not mean we have to pretend Mayo was a good coach. Players did not liked him and he was out of his element.

People seem to not understand that you can have a very poor roster AND be a very poor coach at the same time.

As I've said numerous times, I wasn't on the entire fire Mayo wagon for most of the season like many people were as I thought he should have a longer leash with this roster, but if you watched the games and saw how undisciplined the team was and the comments he was making off the field, it becomes more understandable.

And, if there is someone like Vrabal that Kraft is confident he can get, it makes the firing more understandable.

Exactly, Patriots fans can see the issues and not just on the field stuff but like you said the comments he made and how he just looked a bit lost at times. Yes it can be first season as a coach syndrome but it was to much to early in his coaching career and I am glad Kraft stood up, said this much and owned the mistake. Let's move on.
