Lot of guys are street smart, but just don't know the behind the scenes moves, but some do. As soon as it happened, I saw this. The DA who handled his first appearance isn't like some rookie, doing a simple gun possession case. He's a gang prosector who does gang homicides. Something is going on.

He will plead guilty or be convicted at a jury trial, there's no way out of this for him.

Prison time, yeah. Nothing he can't do, dude is a felon and served a few years before. There's nothing to argue on the gun charge, guns in your car, on your person, you are a felon. End of story. Unless the stop was bad, or flawed, but these guys know the deal.

whether that's the only charge, I'll follow up and see who the prosecutor is on the fed charges, if it's a gang one, he's in a lot of trouble.

The man beat a death sentence. If he still out here moving reckless, that shyt is on him and he is stupid as fukk. It’s funny he was beefing with Tip and now he going thru the same shyt he did, fukking up when you got a second chance.

I hope he beats the charges and stay out the motherfukking streets. I see why he was on the breakfast club talking about how he goes to church now and is changing his life. PR stunt. But with his money I assume he knew feds charges were coming beforehand that’s why he didn’t comment on it at the Breakfast Club except to say he had a diabetic attack and the SDPD officer helped save his life.

With that situation, Boosie was charged with first degree murder, the DA took it personal and over charged him with that, Boogie made songs about the DA, the DA had to have police escort outside his house etc. The DA was trying to go all out and when he saw that he wouldnt get the first degree murder conviction, he tried to charge him with Hire for Murder which carries a 0-15 yr cap.

The DA wanted the death sentence. The judge told the DA no, you should have charged Boosie with that on the front end.

That's how Boosie beat that case. Wrong charge. Boosie didn't personally kill anyone. The DA fukked up on that part

so my theory is that whoever hired Boosie to film the video/for the verse is a gang member (obviously) Skyline, which is a blood set, and either him or his backers are already under surveillance for drug trafficking, sex trafficking, fraud, shootings, weapons trafficking, something like that.

Going to anyones set with active gang mbrs for any reason is way to close to a rico indictment to me.

His being a felon, and having to have a pistol on or around him just to feel safe there is enough for him to know he should not have been involved with any of that. Terrible mistake
