It always comes back to the voters. We know a large percentage of whites will go for him. But he doesn't sweep the way he did without heavy minority help(this is the point I drill into folks' heads repeatedly). Republicans fall in line with their leaders. In a war you do that. You don't have to like your leaders.
Democrats? A certain segment of our voters are on some Don't Vote(both siders) They don't do anything for me personally(both siders) kick. The right exploited it something fierce and it led to victory.
It's why folks who blame the Democrats on here kill me and is why I go at their neck.
If folks would vote like they are supposed to an upper hand in the ideological war(which is very real as we see not even one week into this administration) would come easy. They get on here and say Democrats should do this. They should do that. Knowing full well that nothing they do will ever please them. Biden got the cease fire and both siders on here? Crickets. I peep stuff like that. Yet that was a large criticism on here leading up to the election. A segment of Dem voters expect some perfect politician. Which is as loony as one can get without a strait jacket tied around your midsection.
Republicans look at Trump and see someone who can keep the dogs at the door instead of in the house tearing shyt up. Most of Democrat voters understand this and turned out. But 8 million of them had an excuse to stay home. So clearly that both sides bs is widespread.
If only they knew they are being used. Republicans pay black celebrities to spread that nonsense. Especially to us because we are a major swing voting bloc. As we just saw with this past election.

Andrew Taake, a convicted January 6 rioter who was recently pardoned by President Donald Trump, was arrested in Texas on Tuesday for an outstanding 2016 charge. Taake is accused of soliciting sex from a minor.
Taake was taken into custody at 11:30 a.m. by the Harris County District Attorney's Fugitive Apprehension Section, in coordination with multiple law enforcement agencies. Authorities tracked him to a residence in Leon County, where a surveillance operation confirmed his location before his arrest.
Taake had previously been in custody at a federal prison in Florence, Colorado, but was released on January 20 following Trump's pardon. The Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) had requested that federal authorities hold him due to his pending state warrant, but officials cited the need for a certified warrant to prevent his release. A copy was faxed on January 15, yet Taake was freed five days later.
"We would like to thank the coordinated efforts of our office's fugitive apprehension section, Leon County Sheriff's Office, and Texas Department of Public Safety for their diligence in getting this suspected child predator back into custody," said Sean Teare, Harris County District Attorney.
Now back in custody, Taake's bond has been revoked, and Harris County officials are coordinating with Leon County authorities to transfer him to the Harris County Jail.
