Was Silver a hack when he had Harris clearly ahead a month ago? I never claimed he is God but the aggregation of poll averages, not his "percentage probability to win" is important. I disregard his odds of Trump winning.

Also he isn't employed by Thiel. He is on the board of Polymarket where Thiel is an investor. Not unrelated but not the same as direct employee. But even if he was the quality polls are all over the place. Everyone needs to go vote.

I’m gonna vote this weekend and then whatever happens happens. Trump doesn’t deserve to be a manager at target let alone president of the United States but America elected him once already. We’ve literally gotten even dumber the last 8 years. I’ll probably be more shocked if Harris pulls it out. I have hope that white women will show up this time though. IMO it is a mistake to associate herself with the Cheneys, nobody likes them and the father is a war criminal and widely hated.

Aside from that, the Dems have the problem of letting Republicans control the narrative about issues like response to Helene/Milton and "World War III".
