I been thinking the last week and I think she kinda missed an opportunity by not leveraging her brother-in-law, Tony West more. She has a Black male (ADOS) brother-in-law to send out on her behalf and all he did was speak at the DNC. Personally I think the higher ups wanted Maya and Tony away from the campaign for whatever reason but that was a mistake.

remember, last week was awful for trump, the fallout of which will only start appearing in the data to come over the next couple of days. add onto that this latest news about his affinity for nazi generals, and you have a second week of terrible optics for trump’s campaign.

It isn't funny how close it is with margin of errors accounted for.
It's basically everyone projecting their biases on the race at this point since it is so murky.

a second trump presidency would be the effective end of what semblance of a “community” black people have in this country.
it would be a disastrous outcome for anyone alarmed by the state of our environment and the fast mounting toll of climate change.
it would see the mass deportation of millions designated as “illegals,” into whose numbers - accidentally, i’m sure - many black citizens will figure.
it would be a signal to every authoritarian thug around the globe that one of their own is now at the helm of the most powerful nation in the world.
the onus isn’t on me to provide a contingency plan.
