It's one of the problems I have with the title situations in AEW. It really sticks out with the women more though.

The TBS Title shouldn't be on a Mercedes type. I said it way back when Jade was champ for a year. That belt should be for girls who should NEVER be Women's Champ (Deeb, Soho, Anna Jay) or are putting in reps to get over and move up the card (Blue, Willow, May). May should have been given time to season up but that just didn't happen.
