I hope im back down to at least a 7 when these 30 days are up, or imma walk around slapping ppl to make up for all the delicious food I missed out on for 30 days.

This is an addition to whatever workout people are doing- I run or do aerobics and then this.


This isn't for people that lift heavy though......I'd hurt my back doing this type of consecutive core training.....but then again I'm not exactly a beginner or skinny

Thanks for clarifying, I def don't do anywhere near heavy lifting, not skinny either- somewhat more than a beginner but like with any exercise it's what you make of it- you know your body best and what you're trying to accomplish. I'm trying this out to build up a weak point.

Did 15 And 17 backtoback today, had too much red meat Sunday. I'll learn my lesson someday but it actually is starting to hurt in a good way.

Day 14-Day 18 done. Today(Day 18 owned me :sadcam:). I maybe had too much to drink, last night. Lesson fellas, don't drink and then drive workout. Day 18 went like this:
50 situps straight
20 sec rest
15 situps
20 sec rest
10 situps
30 sec rest
10 more situps, finished situps---Thank Gawd

crunches were a breeze

20 leg raises
30 sec rest
15 leg raises
33 sec rest
7 leg raises
15 sec
6 leg raises -didn't need as much rest between knowing I only needed 6 more and I'm done.

40 sec plank
45 sec rest-tired as hell(contemplating not finishing, remembered some quote from Bruce Lee about quitting and decided to keep going)
30 sec plank-finished
