Start over on July 1. It really isn't bad- I just passed the 15 lbs dropped mark, lost about 3 in the past week alone and I am never looking back. Forreal.I done pretty much gave up on day 9. Im not motivated enuf. Then I think about building muscle under a lay of fat and im just like fucc it.

I feel so bad but I don't see me NOT finishing this. Lower back and tail bone are hurting!! Like it's unbearable. I'm only a day behind though so I may see if I can slowly pull through. Maybe just skip the sit ups?
