I practiced the hagler sit-ups just for fun…will definitely switch up to those tomorrow for day 5…I felt some burn in my stomach but more so on the front region of my thighs…is that normal or is my form incorrect?

Buddy should bring his knees higher for more burn. Could lift his shoulders off the ground a little bit too.

feel guilty about being a day behind tho…will also do day 14 later this evening…hopefully lol

tomorrow supposed to be an off day but I need to make up for that day I missed

day 16 complete but it’s an off day

still have time to decide if I wanna go thru with day 17 today to get back on schedule…more so mental than physical

gonna start over from day one later today…17 was my last day…I can’t even make any excuses…it wasn’t physical…I just fukking tapped out mentally smmfh
