I know I'm bout to join late but fukk it, I'm bout to pack my shyt the fukk up. A skinny nikkaz ultimate weapon....:mjpls:

I do my crunches and sit ups by time rather than count tho(I play 5 minute songs and keep doing crunches to failure), so I wonder if I should just do double the planks/leg raises? :patrice:

I'm not sure why you have questions. The calendar outlines what you're supposed to do for each day. If you're going to do what you want to do, just go with however you feel in regards to the planks/leg raises.

It wasn't really a serious question, I'm prolly gon just do double the planks and leg raises cuz my sit up/crunch routine is murderous compared to this.

Day 9 down and exactly to the poster above me. Even the plank is starting to be like ugh, but the situps today were tolerable.

For the first time ever I had mad crotch/rear sweat, hahaeww. I think it was the humidity this am though.

My cat is a jerk- whenever I set out to do these he just looks at me or lies beside me on his back stretched out, lolsmh
