Day 18 done!!! OMG!! I procrastinated like a mutha today.

@steezy Im not sure, i didnt take measurements before i started and my stomach is way too fat for me to tell. Im just doing it cause i said I would. The girl i was supposed to be doing it with quit talm bout she cant remember.

I'm on day 15 and its starting to become a bihh but I've also been running and lifting 3 days a week.. down from 215 to 208 but that could be gas :ld:

Day 14-Day 18 done. Today(Day 18 owned me :sadcam:). I maybe had too much to drink, last night. Lesson fellas, don't drink and then drive workout. Day 18 went like this:
50 situps straight
20 sec rest
15 situps
20 sec rest
10 situps
30 sec rest
10 more situps, finished situps---Thank Gawd

crunches were a breeze

20 leg raises
30 sec rest
15 leg raises
33 sec rest
7 leg raises
15 sec
6 leg raises -didn't need as much rest between knowing I only needed 6 more and I'm done.

40 sec plank
45 sec rest-tired as hell(contemplating not finishing, remembered some quote from Bruce Lee about quitting and decided to keep going)
30 sec plank-finished

Def not supposed to rest on the planks!

@steezy I am, my waist is toning down, granted this isn't all I do for it but it is giving me strength for sure

I know, I know. I felt like I was about to die at 40 secs in. It goes to show how important eating healthy is. On the days I ate clean, the challenge wasn't as strenuous.

I can't explain how, my back has felt so much better and it seems as if my abs are more solid.

if my coli brehs and brehettes can hang in there so can i :salute:

Day 1 done, sit-ups are gonna tear me up. Did this after 3 miles.

I'm also starting with a before pic.

The key thing with this for me would be to remember to do it. But I'm gonna do it. I dont have a pack bruhs. shyt is just flat. Rest of my body is toned tho. Hopefully this can fix me.

I'm 2 days behind, so today is day 18 for me. Core is getting stronger, I really didn't have any trouble with day 17. The rest days re-charge me like crazy. I've got a belly that's gotta go, already seeing some effects but gotta go harder on the cardio.

Getting back on the bball court tomorrow morning, been a long time so hopefully I'm not too :flabbynsick:. Swimming a couple times a week too. I also started physiotherapy on my IT band and hip (got bursitis and a cortical irregularity).

My playlist to get me thru rick ross mastermind but only my fav tracks. Nobody, supreme, devil is a lie, thug cry, blessings in disguise, sanctified, sober vein. Im on day 7 which meant 40 situps. Id like to give a big FU to whoever thought of this dayum challenge. Im pushing thru tho. I will complete this challenge. Can sumbody tell me why tf the back of my thighs burning? Aint we supposed to be working abs? Im getting confused.

4 miles and then this. Over share but my special lady time started today/last night and I haven't bytched out yet, proud of myself.


Also not to self: don't run 3.5 miles at 5 pm after pigging out. I couldn't do the abs til a good 3 hrs later, ugh

8 more days people, keep pushing!
