Day 18 done!!! OMG!! I procrastinated like a mutha today.
@steezy Im not sure, i didnt take measurements before i started and my stomach is way too fat for me to tell. Im just doing it cause i said I would. The girl i was supposed to be doing it with quit talm bout she cant remember.
Day 14-Day 18 done. Today(Day 18 owned me ). I maybe had too much to drink, last night. Lesson fellas, don't drink and thendriveworkout. Day 18 went like this:
50 situps straight
20 sec rest
15 situps
20 sec rest
10 situps
30 sec rest
10 more situps, finished situps---Thank Gawd
crunches were a breeze
20 leg raises
30 sec rest
15 leg raises
33 sec rest
7 leg raises
15 sec
6 leg raises -didn't need as much rest between knowing I only needed 6 more and I'm done.
40 sec plank
45 sec rest-tired as hell(contemplating not finishing, remembered some quote from Bruce Lee about quitting and decided to keep going)
30 sec plank-finished
anybody feeling/seeing any changes ?
Def not supposed to rest on the planks!
@steezy I am, my waist is toning down, granted this isn't all I do for it but it is giving me strength for sure

I can't explain how, my back has felt so much better and it seems as if my abs are more solid.
