Has someone made the vegan challenge thread yet? That's what I was talking about lol but I'll do this too!!

Not to discourage but going vegan is a lot harder than people think (esp if you aren't gonna eat like shyt)- no animal products or by-products whatsoever, tough to quit cold turkey for me esp with the exercise I do. You going for good or for a month?

I completed day 1-3, glad its a rest day. The situps are killing me the most. Everything else has been a breeze,so far.
I looked ahead and saw 125 sit ups, 200 crunches, 65 leg raises, and 2 minute plank at the end of the month.:why:

Exactly. The planks are actually not a big concern, my class now has us doing them alt between open and closed legs. I'm probably gonna do increments of 15 or so once it gets past 50 for the sit-ups.


I just recently hurt my left back rib, no clue how to make it feel better either smh.
