I see missed the random thoughts thread....
I've been doing this, wifey's idea, didn't even know this thread was here. It's now starting to feel like a workout, the first 10 days or so were cake.
I'm starting today. I'll combine this with my Insanity workout. Thanks for the share @Darth Hater.
