Here's the thread of 38 screenshots from Heritage Foundation's 2023-2032 Budget Blueprint. It essentially puts their Project 2025 plans into a detailed list. The GOP plans to fundamentally reshape the government into an austere MAGA-style oligarch-serving nightmare.

Heritage proposes eliminating or strictly curtailing all government assistance. Meanwhile, by deincentivizing folks from itemizing their taxes, the 2017 tax bill has significantly cut donations to nonprofits that could help people. Heritage proposes making that bill permanent.
