Re read all that recently, the Flynn case, and that's one of those examples of a case that really probably should have been not prosecuted. Not saying I like Mike Flynn, he's a weirdo. But, that case is close to as politicized as it gets. Remember following it in real time was so interesting and captivating, all of that era was, but some of those prosecutions were really thin.

And the Trump admin probably tried, or did try to retaliate, but indicting Andrew McCabe. Greg Craig is another on that was referred by the Special Counsel that was probably way too thin for prosecution.

Do you think Flynn as a former General was acting above board?

If he was ever going to melt down and drop the hard r it would be tonight after she roasts him for more than a half hour
i'd say kamala has more on the line tonight, because everyone knows trump is a piece of shyt, and they have their opinion on that. but this is her first real test to look authoritative, and presidential, and the first time the public has really seen her unscripted. "trump was acting like a huge fakkit" is not a new headline. "harris looks strong and presidential/flustered and weak" is all anyone will be talking about

......unless trump makes a BAD mistake, and that's what dominates the headlines :dead:
