No it’s not

Tesla has become the de facto face of EV because all these other automakers sat on their asses for years sucking big oils dikk instead of going electric. They coulda been did the shyt Tesla is doin but dismissed it until they had no choice. That’s the same type of mindset that has killed tons of companies. Blockbuster dismissing Netflix. Department stores dismissing Walmart. Walmart dismissing Amazon, etc.

They’ve allowed Tesla not only to have a decade plus headstart on brand, but also patents, research data, and that Supercharger Network which none of the others have the ability to match at this point.

They’re not only the leader but the experts in the Industry.

Eh, Wal-Mart didn't really dismiss Amazon. Not like KMart did Walmart. They just had different lanes. Like these car companies were in different lanes. One of the major companies would have had to lose money to transition to electric. Just like Tesla lost money for years. It would have been bad for business and some of them, you have to remember, almost went out of business back in the recession of 2008.

With Walmart they dragged their feet embracing e-commerce because they thought they were untouchable (they still feel they are, but they've been humbled). Amazon has a market cap damn near 4x what Walmart is worth now.

Kmart def agree with that one. And you'd think Walmart would have learned from K-Mart.

Big 3 had the ability to do electric going back to the 70s.

It's always about the dollar esp in the immediate when you are eating. Those in power don't look to future ideas and shyt as much as they should because they don't think they'll fall off. And that's when it happens. When you are resistant to change, you get left behind.

Where do you see that? It says starting at 40K all the way up to 80K
There is only one model they will release to start and that truck is $100k. Y'all talking about cheaper models they plan to release the following year. This is a standard rollout for many cars. Limited production and the most expensive models first. Cheaper models later. The Ford Lighting is out and despite the fact that INTEND to release cheaper models, the only ones available this year are the Platinum and Lariat models. Those are $70-$100k. Aint no $40k model yet. This is the exact same kind of rollout.

Car companies just rolling out 100k cars as if it's nothing. Hell the gas powered Silverado is 65k or better with just a few options. But I do see them all over so somebody buying them. My jeep was 23k brand new in 2015. Never bought a car over 45k and it was German brand new. Can't see myself paying over 30k for anything American

100k is nothing it's a market for . My brother's back ordered GT3 will be here come November. His friend has electric gts.

You a breh whose has bought into the hype. It's cool. I keep old skool American cars on deck . A family friend was GM's head of global design. Pops just got his new Vette. It's a market out here.
