I had the same problem a couple of years ago I started doing full body workouts with my cousin at the gym and lost the belly fat really fast I was on a hardcore diet tooWhat benefits does this have for the chest? Can it get rid of a pot belly? I really reduced mine with cardio this summer/fall but still have a bit of gut I want to get rid of.
