Only 100? ALL day? I do 130 every morning after waking up, no lie. I do it like this: 60, 40, 30.
In between each set(and after the last set), I also do a set of 10 curls with a 25lb dumb bell.
It's a very quick yet effective routine, especially for those of us who have to make the most out of a short amount of time each day.
It also keeps me toned up nicely.


AND it puts you well over the 100 mark/goal requirement of this thread :o:

What benefits does this have for the chest? Can it get rid of a pot belly? I really reduced mine with cardio this summer/fall but still have a bit of gut I want to get rid of.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago I started doing full body workouts with my cousin at the gym and lost the belly fat really fast I was on a hardcore diet too
