i think the 100 days is the challenge part. but you're part right. however, there are so many people that don't do anything at all that it kind of is a challenge.I salute anyone who wants to get fit but.... 100 pushups can't really be considered a challenge breh, even a flabbynsick breh can bang out 10 ten times in a day.

Well if its going to be 100, I would suggest at least 25 be incline and 25 be decline just to hit your chest more completely.
